A compilation involves presenting management's financial information in the form of financial statements without expressing any assurance on them. However, we do have certain responsibilities as a result of our direct association with your financial statements. 

We perform all the compilations in accordance with the guidelines implemented by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

The objective of a review is to express limited assurance that there are no material modifications need to be made to the financial statement in order for them to be in conformity with the applicable basis of accounting.
