In addition, we are able to run a variety of helpful reports that can be included with your paychecks or sent to you via e-mail. 

In addition to running your payroll checks, we will prepare all necessary payroll tax returns. We can also assist you with making your federal, state, and payroll tax deposits. If you write your own payroll checks, we can prepare your quarterly and year-end payroll tax returns and Forms W-2, saving you valuable time. 

As part of our monthly bookkeeping services, we also provide payroll summaries for businesses who write in-house payroll checks by hand or via computer software. This gives you an accurate monthly summary of checks written and aids in the preparation of payroll tax returns.
